The Re-Constitution Approach to Healing

Core Belief
We are triune beings—spirit, soul, and body—each distinct yet dynamically interconnected as one whole person. Your physical form testifies to intentional design, your unique identity reflects purposeful structure, and your anatomy carries the imprint of your transgenerational history. The R.E.S.T.™ framework provides a comprehensive educational model grounded in the universal principles of History, Government, and Education. This structural alignment requires a deeper look into the core facets of your makeup.
Meet our TeamThe Triune Constitution
While an illness or dilemma frequently manifests within your physical body, its roots are often negotiated within the unresolved, unexamined spiritual and emotional conflicts of your soul (the mind, heart, will, conscience, and feelings).
The Principle of Self-Governance
True liberty is the result of your internal capacity to govern (direct, regulate, control, and restrain) yourself according to conscience. When you relinquish internal self-government, external confusion, emotional dysregulation, and biological dis-ease follow.
Terminology Grounding
- Laws of Nature: Universal principles that sustain life and govern order.
- Self-Evident Truths: Obvious realities that require no external persuasion.
- Natural Affections: The biological and intuitive inner gauge of human connection and conscience.

The Re-Constitution Method
- You are the primary agent of healing. Individuals, by design, have a fundamental understanding of what causes them stress, conflict, and dis-ease. We invite you to reason, often resulting in transformative conversations. Within the collaborative relationship of discipleship counseling, you—not the counselor—are the primary agent of your healing.
- You have the constitution (makeup), power, and authority to heal (live with greater measures of freedom). By working intentionally with the Re-Constitution Method, the facilitator assists you in reconciling the disparity among the stories you tell yourself, those you inherit, and the objective truth your body carries, all of which have consequences for relational, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Wholeness is restored.
