Meet Our Team

Virginia Dixon

Founder & CEO

Through professional endeavors and life experiences as a wife of over forty years and mother of five, Virginia continues to refine her understanding of the human condition. Her conviction that the heart is central to all things guides her philosophy on healing, allowing her to effectively understand and communicate the instrumental role that Relational, Emotional and Spiritual Truth (R.E.S.T.™) has upon each person’s capacity to reconcile conflicts within spirit, soul and body. Her work is deeply rooted in her personal convictions, as explored in her Statement of Faith.

Now, after years of working in the field of neuroscience technology, as well as collaborating with medical practitioners and serving under Dr. Leigh Erin Connealy as the Director of Inner Healing at both the Center for New Medicine and the Cancer Center for Healing, Virginia is more committed than ever to bring reconciliation and transformation to those she serves.

Virginia received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and has continued post-graduate studies on Traumatic Stress with Dr. Bessel van der Kolk through the Boston Trauma Center as well as in Neuro-Regeneration under the advisement of W. Lee Cowden MD, MD(H)  at the Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine.

Renae Flynn

Chief Financial Officer
Lead Cereset® Technician

Renae Flynn has worn many hats since first meeting Virginia over three decades ago through MOPS, but at her core, she has always been a faithful friend, walking alongside through the shared journey of homeschooling, marriage, and everyday life.

Today, she continues that legacy of service both behind the scenes as a CFO and Foundation Board Member, as well as directly with clients as a Cereset® Technician. In every role at R.E.S.T.™, she brings a deep sense of purpose, stewarding her time, talents, and resources in alignment with the calling God has placed on her life. Witnessing the impact of R.E.S.T.™ as hope is renewed and lives are restored among those they serve remains one of her greatest joys and privileges.

Riley Chustz

Brand & Project Coordinator
Cereset® Technician

Riley’s journey with  R.E.S.T.™ began when a sudden tragedy led her to Virginia for counseling after graduating college in 2020. R.E.S.T.™  gave language to things she intuitively knew but did not fully comprehend. With her newfound understanding, came the ability to reconcile much confusion, chaos and dis-ease. Applying the principles of R.E.S.T.™ changed the trajectory of her life so drastically that she insisted on collaborating in whatever capacity was needed. First with redesigning the website, then developing all visual material and becoming a Cereset Technician. Currently, Riley is expanding the reach of R.E.S.T.™  behind the scenes as our Project Coordinator. Riley is committed to helping others experience the same freedom she found through employing R.E.S.T.™.

Samantha Quiroz

Administrative Assistant
Care Coordinator

Samantha’s arrival at R.E.S.T.™ began unexpectedly at a local coffee shop. While finishing her senior year as a Psychology student, Samantha found herself at a personal crossroads, feeling a growing disconnect with a modern field that had largely drifted away from its namesake. In this season of questioning, Virginia Dixon wandered into the very coffee shop where Samantha was working. What began as a casual conversation over a cappuccino evolved as Virginia shared the mission and vision of R.E.S.T.™. In that moment, Samantha was filled with a profound sense of hope, recognizing how R.E.S.T.™ honored the original design of psychology—the study of the soul.

Upon earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UCI, Samantha joined R.E.S.T.™ as a Care Coordinator, dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their journey toward wholeness. She considers it an honor to serve within an organization that leads individuals to accept the invitation from the greatest teacher to ever live, Jesus of Nazareth: Come all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Lauren Gray

Cereset®Technician

Lauren brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to her work in the mental health field, supported by her background as a TMS Technician and Lead Cereset Tech Coach. Through her experience with a variety of brain-based modalities, she developed strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow her to connect deeply with each client and support them with empathy, clarity, and care.

After witnessing limited, short-term results with traditional approaches, Lauren felt called to find a more effective and lasting solution for those she serves. That search ultimately led her to Cereset®, where she found a modality that aligned with her belief in the brain’s natural ability to reset and restore itself. Today, she is passionate about guiding clients through this process, helping them achieve meaningful and sustainable improvements in their well-being.

At the heart of Lauren’s journey is her faith and relationship with God, which has been transformative. Through her personal walk, she found freedom from a season marked by confusion and dis-ease, gaining a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and purpose. This foundation shapes how she shows up for others with compassion, humility, and deep respect for each person’s unique healing journey. Outside of her work with Cereset®, Lauren is a yoga instructor who believes in the power of whole body wellness, empowering others to create balance and resilience from within.

Madison Taylor

Cereset® Technician
Equiscope Technician

Madison’s journey toward becoming a Cereset® Tech Coach began at the age of ten. Her own personal health experiences sparked a deep curiosity about the brain and a passion for understanding how it functions and heals. This interest led her to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology while competing as a collegiate student athlete, an experience that strengthened her discipline, resilience, and commitment to personal growth.

When the opportunity arose to become a Cereset® Tech Coach and later a Certified Equiscope Technician, Madison embraced it wholeheartedly. Her professional path reflects both her academic foundation and her personal journey, allowing her to bring a unique blend of empathy and knowledge to her work. Today, she is dedicated to creating a space where individuals feel seen, understood, and encouraged as they navigate their own paths to healing and freedom.

Faith is the foundation of Madison’s life; she strives to serve God and reflect His love in all that she does. She is continually guided by the promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9: My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Through every high and low, her faith has grown stronger, shaping who she is and the deep care she provides to every client.

Lisa Moore

Craniosacral Therapist
Equiscope Technician

For over two decades, Lisa served as a Physical Therapist Assistant, deeply immersed in the mechanics of human movement. In 2015, her path shifted as she began studying Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute, an experience that opened her eyes to the profound “inner wisdom” of the body. This discovery of the central nervous system truly captured her heart, reinforcing her belief that the human body is a divine creation possessing an innate intelligence that knows how to heal when placed in the right environment.

Lisa’s practice is rooted in the conviction that true recovery happens when we address the spirit and soul alongside the physical frame. By combining her clinical background with light touch therapy, intentional breathwork, and her 2017 certification as a yoga instructor, she helps clients settle their nervous systems to allow for deep, innate healing. She has found that when the nervous system is attended to with care and brought into alignment with God’s design, the body’s capacity for restoration is limitless.

Endlessly fascinated by the complexity of the human body, Lisa is honored to facilitate a space where prayer, movement, and science meet. She integrates gentle movement to address the whole person (spirit, soul, and body) and remains dedicated to the philosophy of listening to the body’s wisdom, fostering a life of peace and R.E.S.T.™. Driven by her faith, she considers it a privilege to support others as they seek the healing and wholeness intended for them.

Michelle Matthews

Registered Nurse
Equiscope Technician

Michelle brings more than 35 years of distinguished nursing experience grounded in compassionate, patient-centered care. Her clinical background includes extensive work in Intensive Care and Post-Anesthesia Recovery, where she has supported patients and families through some of the most critical and defining moments of their lives. Her service as a medic in the Army National Guard further strengthened her commitment to excellence, resilience, and service to others.

Currently, Michelle serves at R.E.S.T.™, where she works closely with first responders and individuals seeking recovery from stress, trauma, and chronic conditions. She is committed to integrating traditional Western medicine with holistic, whole-person modalities to support comprehensive healing. Among the tools she utilizes is Equiscope, a bioenergetic microcurrent technology designed to assist the autonomic nervous system in restoring balance. This technology supports improved sleep, reduced anxiety and depression, and decreased inflammation, while enhancing the body’s natural healing processes and promoting detoxification.

Michelle’s professional practice is deeply rooted in her faith in God, which guides her approach to care and reinforces her dedication to integrity, compassion, and gratitude. Throughout her career, she has come to believe that true healing encompasses the alignment of the spirit, soul, and body, leading to increased hope and freedom. Dedicated to fostering lasting wellness by addressing all of these dimensions together, Michelle considers it her privilege to walk alongside each person on their journey toward healing, restoration, and renewed wholeness.
